bitter sweet

maybe this is just me and my fear of graduation, but

the next few hours will consist of preparations— hair, makeup, nails— and the hours after so will be full of laughter, smiles, and “oh my gosh[es]!” then, we are left with a mixture of feelings: good and bad, happy and sad. the parties, the late night snackings, and the long car rides to the beach will suddenly remind us of what we have left—

and what we have to lose.
